The Ahmadiyya Conference of Entrepreneurs (ACE) Events are landmark gatherings for Ahmadiyya entrepreneurs and professionals. In 2024, the event spanned three enriching days from November 1st to 3rd, culminating at the BHive Innovation District in Brampton, Ontario. These events embody the mission of ACE, offering a platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and empowerment within the Ahmadiyya business community. Each day is packed with carefully curated sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities designed to inspire innovation, foster business acumen, and build valuable connections among participants.
ACE 2024 kicked off at the Mubarak Mosque in Brampton with an opening dinner reception and welcome addresses. The first day focused on themes central to modern entrepreneurship, networking, and leadership, setting the tone for the event.
The second day continued at Mubarak Mosque, featuring sessions on STEM advancements and executive leadership. Speakers and panelists from tech, finance, and green energy sectors provided insights into overcoming challenges and capitalizing on opportunities in today's market.
Turbo Track sessions featured booths on topics such as AI, green innovation, and business tax strategies, enabling participants to engage deeply with specific areas of interest.
On the final day, ACE 2024 moved to the BHive Innovation District for an intensive exploration of Canada's tech landscape. Attendees participated in the flagship panel discussion titled "The Canadian Advantage – Unveiling Tech Ecosystem Support," which showcased investment avenues, government incentives, and ecosystem resources accessible to entrepreneurs in Brampton and beyond. Hosted by Prince Khan from Invest Brampton, the session provided insights into regional support structures for business growth, attracting entrepreneurs eager to tap into Brampton's burgeoning innovation hub. The panel, moderated by Azhar Janjua of Communitech Outposts, featured seasoned experts including Ajan Thiru, Shivam Bajaj, Mandip Kanjiya, and Mahendra Naik. Their discussions covered topics like scaling businesses, funding strategies, and building resilient ecosystems, sparking meaningful dialogue on leveraging Canada's unique advantages in technology and business.
Following the panel, attendees toured the BHive facility, which offered a firsthand look at co-working spaces and resources available to local startups and scale-ups. This immersive experience allowed participants to see innovation in action and connect with ecosystem leaders. A networking lunch provided an additional opportunity for participants to foster partnerships and discuss collaborative ventures, underscoring the event's commitment to community-building and shared success.
